Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Accounts and orders
You need a registered account to check out — we don't support guest checkout. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide on each order.
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include the item price plus a flat delivery fee shown at checkout. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but availability and prices may change without notice, and we'll flag it clearly at checkout if an item you've selected is no longer available.
Payment
We don't take payment on this site. After you place an order, you send it to us on WhatsApp using a pre-filled message with your items and total, and payment is arranged directly with you by mobile money or cash on delivery. We never ask for your mobile money PIN or card details over WhatsApp.
Delivery
Delivery is coordinated manually within the areas we currently serve. Delivery timing is estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary based on your location and rider availability.

Products are described honestly as traditional and cultural practice items — see our Disclaimer for what that does and doesn't mean.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bweza Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
